How do I move the task bar with the clock back to the bottom of the screen

rms6ft6, I think  you can click and hold the left mouse button and drag it back to the bottom. Then Right click in the task bar and choose lock task bar.

Click on an empty spot of the taskbar and drag it where you want it to be.

Move the mouse (arrow) to a blank portion of the taskbar---click and hold down the left mouse button----move/drag the taskbar back to the bottom, then release
