How do i reinstall downgraded version of XP
I have a Vostro 1710 with a downgrade to xp professional. No i am having some trouble and i want to reinstall the operating system. Unfortunately i can only find a Vista DVD and a Vista Key on my Laptop. How do i go about reinstalling XP.

Why not just use the built-in PC Restore program to return your computer to "factory" new status? Described here:

Frank - according to the info I've found on the downgrade bonus, you should have received an XP disk as well. If you didn't get one contact Tech Support directly, or try the form below

I definately did not get a dvd with XP. I am in Holland so i am unsure of how to get hold of a dvd from here. I will contact support via dell.nl
