How to open my calendar automatically when I turn my computer on?

I would like to know how to make my calendar (Lotus Organizer 6) open automatically on top of my Desktop when I turn my computer on.  I was able to do this on my previous two computers, but I can't make it happen on this new one.

I have a Dell Dimension 4800 with Windows XP Home.

            Thank you......

You might check in options to see if there is an option to load when Windows starts.

If not, copy a shortcut to the calender program to your Startup Folder.

Search for it, or go to

Start--Run

Type in "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Start Menu\Startup"
Click OK.

Copy the shortcut there.

(username is whatever account you are logged under)

For example, if the account name is John, replace "username" with John.
