I386 Folder
I am trying to de-virus a DELL computer belonging to a friend. It was a retirement gift from Duke U and came with no discs. I am seeing a C:/I386 folder that contains what looks like install files for XP Pro and it's components. Is that what this directory is for?? If so, can I burn it to a disc so that I can format and reinstall (ONLY if necessary)?? thanks chuck

To reinstall from c:/I386, do I run WINNT.EXE or SETUP.EXE??
If I wanted to make a bootable disc from c:/I386, should AUTORUN
point to WINNT.EXE or SETUP.EXE??
thanks again
