IE 6 Open in new window
When opening a "child" new window in IE6 under XP, the live window automatically becomes the newly opened window. How can I keep the parent window live without clicking it in the task bar?

When clicking on a site link Holding Shift key will open link in new window.
Pressing Ctrl+N will open new window displaying same page.
You can download FREE tabbed Browser called SlimBrowser , similar to IE from;

Uses the same Favorites & Links as Internet Explorer
To add URL use Favorites > Add
Auto opens new window for Address bar , Favorites link , Search bar & Links bar.
To open new Window tab for URL link hold "Shift" key while clicking URL.link.
To close a Tab double click on it.

Use Tools >Avant Options >New Window , "Always create a new window for"
Also with Mail , "Send a Link" puts active URL address in OE body.

Thanks...pity not just a simple option as in previous versions of windows. Anyway thanks again,
