Is it possible to go back to factory settings after installing Window 7?

Good evening all,

        Is it possible to return my Dimension XPS 430 to it's original Vista OS after installing Windows 7?

        I've tried going in to the advanced boot options menu but cannot find the "Dell factory image restore"

        the instructions mention. As far as chaning anything I can only find system restore. Please help, I

        only have a few more hairs I can pull out.

        Any help would be greatly appreciated.
