LOG ON USER AND IT STOPS AND SAYS SAVING SETTINGS AND WILL NOT OPEN WINDOWS XP

Question

When i try to log on it logs me right back off.I have tried safe mode and it will not log on either. Restored to last good run time and it stll will not start. I have all disk except the win xp disk and i can't reload windows. wgat can i do?

I did what you told me to do...i did it two times and it still will not log on not even in safe mode.Any more ideas? Thank You Jack
