Latitude E4300 - Win 7 Pro - lost blue backlit keyboard

I just had a local shop do a clean install of Win 7 Pro (32 bit) on my Latitude E4300. Also they installed Office 2013 complete suite. Otherwise nothing installed except AVG free protection.

It went in with a cool blue backlit keyboard. Now the keyboard is backlilt white.

The power cord band, power button and the little indicators at the top still are backlit blue.

What do I need to download / what do I need to set / what do I need to press to get my blue color back??
