(Please Help) I can only boot my computer up in safe mode!

When I try to boot my computer up in normal mode, it automatically shuts down.  Here is a list of things Ive already tried:

System Restore: (error message) There are currently no restore points available

Operating System Software Repair: Its asking for the Administrator password, and my System Administrator is on holidays for three more weeks.

System Diagnostics: The system passed every test, which leads me to believe its an software problem.

sfc /scannow: Nothing happens!

Msconfig: Did not help!

Any other suggestions?

If your system is only booting up in safe mode, then let it boot up again into safemode. Run the MSCONFIG utility and check and see if the box labeled BOOT IN SAFE MODE ONLY is checked. If it is, Edit the boot.ini and then uncheck the box. Reboot.....done.

I was told to reformat my hard drive, which was a big mistake! I reformatted and partitoned my hard drive but my computer shuts off when it's in the software reloading process. I was just told to try and reload my BIOS, but unforuntanly I'm in Miami on a business trip. Let me know if that solutions help, so I can do the same thing when I return from my trip.
