Problems with directx
I can't install a videogame. Every time I try a window pops out saying that the software needs a windows XP logo authentication, and that the program won't be installed, I even don't have any chance to install the program. I have tried to actualize the directx of my computer to version 10, from internet. Mine is 9c as far as I understand. Again, the system sends me the same message.
It bothers me because according to the videogame information it can run even in low end pcs, even with Windows 2000.
My computer is a Inspiron 531s with Windows XP home.

I'm having problems with directx too. Somehow it is turned off and I can't figure out how to find where to turn it back on. Any ideas?
