Reinstallation CD for Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition - Dell Inspiron 8400

I recently purchased a new hard drive to replace my original crashed one.  Installed the new one and inserted my OS disk so that I could boot my computer from the CD.  The drive would not work so I removed the computer from it's shelf to see why.  It started to run on it's own when I had it on it's side and unfortunately cracked the CD!  I'm in need of a CD that I can use to restore an OS on my new hard drive.  Any suggestions?
