Pc-cillin 14 Blue screen errors

I have had this insprion 9400 since xmas and have had nothing but trouble. Dell replaced everything except the cpu and then gave up and sent me a new unit. Now the new system is doing the same thing.  I keep getting the blue screen of death which reads:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Stop: oxooooooD1 (oxoooooo70,oxoooooo02,0x00000000,0xB92AA401)
bcmw75.sys

I have restored, reloaded, reformated then received new disks and started all over again. This last time I ran without any virus scanner for a few days and no blue screen. Then I loaded Pc-cillin 14 and within a few hours I got the blue screen again.

While I must say Dell has tried hard to fix my problems but none of the techs, and I have talke to 14 of them, can figure this out.

I am running Windows XP sp2  Media edition with all downloads.

Is it Pc-Cillin or is this just a quirk? I hate to run without virus protection.

HELP Please.

Reboot in safe mode and try to uninstall it in normal if you can but try to uninstall. To boot in safe mode: 1. Go to start. 2. Look for run. 3. Type in msconfig. 4. Look for the BOOT.INI tab. 5. Look for /SAFEBOOT and check it. 6. Click apply then click ok. 7. REstart your pc. 8. Get into safe mode and uninstall the program. (Note: You need to be in administrator account to do this!) 9. If successful make sure folder is gone and install AVG or Avast-Does have problem with zonealarm or did. Look for the free version and you should be fine. 10. To get out of safe mode go back to msconfig/BOOT.INI and uncheck safeboot and click apply and ok then restart. After all that do a defrag. Then open up my computer and look for your c drive. Open up the windows folder and clean out the temp and prefetch folders and restart also. I am recommending this cleanup of these two folders be done at least once every six months.

You might even post a HJT log for the Experts to review, jump over to that board and give it a try.
