Unable to activate my recent windows anytime upgrade for ultimate 7

I recently purchased a product key for anytime upgrade from your store which was sent to me by mail (no software).  When I installed it on my computer and tried to activate the product, I received an error messege.  Please help

Hi Deano Paciocco

Welcome to the Community, the can be multiple reason why you’re receiving an error but first,

What is the old operating system installed on your computer, is it 32bit or 64bit?

What is the make and model of your computer?

Did you buy a retail upgrade copy (boxed) or Anytime Upgrade?

Tell us what you mean by fail.

What error message do you get?

How are you starting the upgrade?

You can also go through this link from Microsoft about anytime upgrade FAQ (http://bit.ly/9l3ZgV)

Also you can go through this link on Upgrade to another edition of Windows 7 by using Windows Anytime Upgrade (http://bit.ly/fwJsel)

Hope this helps

Thank you

No one on these forums can help you with a refund.  You will need to contact Customer Care by phone regarding your purchase.
