Vostro 400 Windows 7 upgrade - 32 or 64 bit

Hi,

First post ever.

Have Vostro 400 running Vista Home Basic 32 bit with the hardware listed below and a Window 7 Home Premium 3 pack upgrade. I would like to know if I should shoot for the 64 bit version or stick with 32. Have seen other posts with similar questions and slightly different hardware configurations. None of the posts answers the 64 bit question*. My other two pooters can handle 64 bits. Does anyone know if I'm opening a can of worms?
