Waking up to a Dell Popup ad....

It's always surprising to clear my desktop and then wake up with Internet Explorer open and the Dell site staring me in the face.  Since it's your program doing it (I have to assume it's yours, as it opens your home site), can you please advize me how to remove or disable the offending program?  I'm not amused, and certainly not inclined to shop the site when it's being forced onto me like a horny drunk.
