Where to find Dell Media Experience program for download

Question

Hello All,

I formated the windows drive and reinstall operating system. Now I can not find Dell Media Experience software on the website to install on my laptop again. It should be mentioned that I diden't get DELL TOOLS CD with my laptop. If anybody knows where to find Dell Meda Experience Program to download please help me.

Hello,  You will have to call, chat or E-Mail Dell's Customer Service, and request the disk be sent to you.

That link appears to be an old upgrade, not a complete install. It says: Upgrades your current version of Dell Media Experience to the latest version. Yeah, I tried it after I had posted the link. This link is just for upgrades only. Even the purchased one is an upgrade. Sorry. Their website does not contain any download for the complete program.
