Window 7

Hi,

       I bought studio 1450 like 4 month before. i have registered for window 7 upgradation. i have not get any confirmation mail and at the same time my father exp. so i was not able to contact them for the issue. before dat i send the mail wat the problem i faced. they ask to register again and i have registered but nothing , no answer

Please suggest me wat to do?
