does anyone know how to bypass an admin pass word on microsoft vista.  i can't remember what password i set up and can't get past the sign in screen

I've got similar issue with Windows XP.  I can't remember my password I set up.  Can someone help me out?  Basically, reason how I could forget my password is because I hadn't used my Dell Desktop 5150 for months since I always use my laptop at work.
