i get this error message everytime i startup my laptop... c:/program files/dell support center/gs_agent/custom/sleep.vbs error
can anyone help me please...thanks

Use MSCONFIG, startup Tab, see if there is anything related to Dell Support in the list, untick it and hit OK.

i cant find DELL SUPPORT in teh startup tab..
i believe the error is causing my laptop not able to go to sleep mode..

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
Do you use the Dell Support Center software? If not, go into the add/remove programs in control panel and uninstall it from this area.
