fax console failure to display images
Yesterday, the fax console suddenly failed to display images of newly received faxes nor am I able to print the fax. I have Windows XP on a 4 1/2 year-old Dell Dimension 3000. Any suggestions?

Simplest thing to try is a System Restore. Personal files will be ok, but any software or updates orginally installed after the date used for the restore will have to be reinstalled.
Click Start>Help & Support
Click "Undo changes..."
Follow the prompts and pick latest date available before the problem started.
