You could open up the character map in Windows. It will have the copyright symbol.
Open Character Map by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, clicking System Tools, and then clicking Character Map.

Here's another way to open Character Map: Click the Start button
. In the Search box, type Character Map, and then, in the list of results, double-click Character Map.

Thanks Jesse! This does work but it is kind of a pain especially when you use the copyright symbol a lot. I welcome other input!
