how to uninstall omci

Hi I have an optiplex 160L. Whenever I plug my removable drive I get a warning message from Dell OMCI about the disk space. I would like to uninstall the OMCI. I have uninstalled the Dell utilities but OMCI seems to be around still and it exists in my program files. I cannot seem to find a way to uninstall it properly. Can someone advise please.
