i can't see minimize window

hi , everyone

i need help. my problem is i can't see any minimize window in taskbar. suppose if i open
internet explorer or word file or any foler and when i minimize it ,it goes some where behind the start button , i dont know where it disappears and i tried to restore the system using systrm restore utility but it didn't work.
so please help me.
