i have forgotten my domain admin password. help!!

i have forgotten the password to logon to my account and it is the only administrtor account. i am currently using a limited account which i had created before the problem but i cant download anything from the internet or install certain sofwares.

Reboot and hit F8 to enter Safe Mode, and log in as Administrator, then change your password.
