I was unable to find the Windows 7 OEM iso for download however, you can refer to the link mentioned below to download Windows 7 iso:

These .iso files may be used with a Dell/non-Dell OEM product Key and phone activation to Microsoft is required. The key is typically found on the COA attached to the base of the system.
