up loading McAfee Office 2000 on dell with Windows XP

I have McAfee Office 2000 on a disk and am trying to load it on my new Dell computer with Windows XP. Worked find on old system with windows 98se but will not allow me to load. Have several old files that I locked with the Fortress program on it an am unable to get them out.. Need help
