windows 2000 stop error 0x0000007B (0xf441B84C, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

I had an opti-plex GX1 running win 2k pro that went west, so I bought a 2nd user opti-plex GX150 I put the hard drive from GX1 into 'new' machine and the above stop error 0x0000007B (0xf441B84C, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) appeared ...I have searched everywhere to find out how to overcome this with out having to scrub down and re-install everything can anybody help.
