windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt System32\Drivers\pci.sys
everytime i start my computer i get this message. i've read that you need to repair the computer with the windows xp disk, but i cant find my is there anyway i can fix this without the disk or anyway i could get another disk? thanks

When the Setup screen appears, press "R" to start the Recovery Console.
Select the Windows installation that you want to access by number; i.e, "1". Press Enter.
When you are prompted to type the Administrator password, do so.
You can also check the windows system files for correct version and integrity with the sfc /scannow command.
