C50 USB Audio

I am using a Wyse C50 thin client with Suse Linux as the base OS and using Win7 as the virtual OS. I am having problems with hearing and recording audio using a USB headset/microphone. I updated the VM View to 5.5 and began having the audio issues, so I rolled back to 4.6, which I though was good. I am having the same issues. The audio from websites such as YouTube are very degraded and choppy. I then switched to analog headset/microphone and now there is no sound heard at all. This is all through the VM View, when I test the thin client itself, everything sounds great. Is there anyone else having a similar problem and how did you fix it? I have set the different headsets to default as I use them. Nothing seems to help.
