username or password is incorrect
username or password is incorrect
Hi my name is Mar. I have a galaxy note 8.0 and windows 7 in my 64 bits laptop. I downloaded pocketcloud, installed it in my laptop and my android divice. I created a password for my main user. I did everything right but when I try to log in -in my galaxy- it says that my username or my password is incorrect. I verified several times and I'm pretty sure I'm making no mistake. I tried changing my password over and over again but nothing happens. It keeps saying that my username or password is incorrect.
Please help me, I really want to use this app but that problem doesn't let me.
