Error 1722

Error 1722

I cannot download pocket cloud to my host computer. I get Error 1722.

Hi Susan,

Try this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829359

To work around this problem, enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Network Connections.
3. Double-click the Local Area Connection to be Hi Susan,
4. In the list of components, click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then click Properties.
5. Click Advanced, and then click the WINS tab.
6. Click Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP, and then click OK.

did as described above. still same error

I solved the problem. Installer cannot start Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Setup. So the main problem is about MSVCRedist. 
for fix this issue download Microsoft fix tool from http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;946414. After you run fix tool, restart the computer then reinstall the Wyse Pocket Cloud.

Right click on the installer and select "Run as...". When the dialog box pops up select "The following user" and enter "Administrator" as the username as well as your password and then press "OK".

You may also want to try:
1) Uninstalling the PocketCloud Companion if it's listed in your Add/Remove Programs and then re-run the installer.
2) Re-download the installer from our website.
