Error during connecting to my iMac
Hi, i got the following error message and don't know how to solve it
Error: VNC: authentication failed: 1
my mac & iPad are both installed with PocketCloud. i use automatic login to connect

Hi Puckman, Can you please update your vnc security settings. Please change the encryption option to 'Prefer On'.

Same problem here
Just installed PocketCloud Pro, signed into my Gmail account from iPad, Windows and Mac desktops, that worked. The auto discovery found both desktop machines. Connecting to Windows is flawless but when I connect to the Mac I get "Error: VNC: authentication failed: 1".
I have even reset the password to just 123 and it still fails.

Hi waybe,
Is this the first time you are connecting?
were you able to connect in the past to the same mac /vnc?
Are you using the password you set for your vnc service or using the mac login password?
