Ipad2 PocketCloud paid app's auto-discovery stuck on "Waiting for remote sign-in"...

Ipad2 PocketCloud paid app's auto-discovery stuck on "Waiting for remote sign-in" message.
It works for manual connection but but not on the auto-discovery. This is a paid iPad 2 App.
I downloaded the Android free app for my Galaxy S3 phone and did the auto discovery and I am able to get pass thru the gmail account and is able to see my 2 mac computers and was able to connect to one.
How do we fix my iPad app configuration?

Do you still have the Free as well as the Paid version installed on your iPad? If you do, please uninstall the Free version, restart your iPad. That may resolve the issue for you. 

Another thing, you may want to try re-installing the Paid application on your iPad. Some users have reported issues with our application after upgrading iOS on their device.
