Issues and Losing Patience with this program Please Help

I have tried to get my iphone and Ipad to connect to my windows 7 ultimate PC. What comes up that the RDP Fails to connect to port 3389. VNC to Port Failed. It works fine on my IMAC with Snow Leopard.

I have installed the client on both of my windows 7 ultimate machine one is 64 bit and the other one is 32 bit and they will not get past port 3389 on with either machine.

It comes up with failure to set up remote desk top on wither machine when I run the diagnostics.

If you are not going help me to get this to work i want my 30 dollars that i paid for this Application for my ipad and Iphone.
