PocketCloud Companion Setup

Question PocketCloud Companion Setup

I have downloaded the App and I am trying to do my setup to my Ipad. On step one, I have entered correctly
my gmail user name and password, but when I get to step two, "PocketCloud Companion Setup," the screen
just tells me it is "Waiting for remote sign in," and never moves forward to step three. I attempted this last 
evening on two different occassions and both time after being stuck on this screen for 90 minutes, I gave up.

Please advise.

Dear Norman,
Did you install the PocketCloud Companion on your Computer and loged in on the computer using the same Gmail address?

I have installed Companion on my work PCs and when I attempt to login with my Google credentials, nothing happens. It has happened on three computers on the same network. I'm pretty sure our firewall is blocking something. Can you please tell me what it may be blocking? Thanks.

Hi rjesusrl, 
Inorder for our ios setup to continue, you should have successfully logged in, into atleast one your remote computer.
Can you please look into the following ports, 5222 and 443. Are they open?
