Sorry for the trouble. Lets see if we can get this figured out...

The PocketCloud Windows Companion is used when you want to set up a auto-discovered connection (does not require port forwarding, etc). You should be able to download and install the companion software on your remote computer, sign into PocketCloud (on your mobile device) and also into the companion using the same gmail address, and from there you should be able to see the remote computer on your connection list within PocketCloud. From there you should just have to tap the connection, sign in using your computers login information, and get connected from there.

You may also need to add PocketCloud to any allowed applications lists within your firewall and anti-virus applications. These can also block the connection.
