 Windows Companion log in error: Configure Auto Discovery.

IOS (IPAD2) version using the same Gmail address works fine;
but it cannot connect PocketCloud Windows companion.

checked "Installing PocketCloud Windows companion", found issue like:
From 1 -6 step, Configuring Remote Desktop/ Firewall/NLA/User Privileges/windows password shows OK, for the 6th "Configuring Auto Discovery" shows problem " not configured".
Auto discovery login using Google gmail account shows "log in failed" even retried many times.
Gmail account and pwd are both typed right.

pls advise.
