I have two question.

1. How to stop this looping now. We did multiple reboot but did not stop.

2. How to install Japanese version firmware. All latest firmware show English  only. Remaining the firmware extension to .jp will help.

Dell Wyse - How to Upgrade the Firmware on ThinOs Clients by FTP/HTTP/HTTPS Server and OS_Web File

Upgrading Dell Wyse ThinOS clients on firmware version 8 and below can be done by using an FTP/HTTP/HTTPS server, setting the "autoload" option the WNOS.INI file and placing the necessary FW- file in the WNOS directory
Please note this also applies to ThinOS Lite (for Citrix, also known as Xenith) where 1.x Xenith = 7.x ThinOS versions, and 2.x Xenith = 8.x ThinOS versions.
Complete instructions are provided in the attached document below (English only)

CAUTION:
Upgrading Dell Wyse ThinOS thin clients is only recommended if the firmware version on your thin client is the same major version or the "PREVIOUS" major version. E.G. 6.x/7.x/8.x
Here is a list of recommended update steps:
6.4 to 6.5, etc.
6.5 to 7.0
7.0 to 7.1_033
7.1_033 to 7.1_130
8.0_037 to 8.0_512
(from 8.0_512 you can upgrade to 8.1/8.2/8.3/8.4 )
