How to update Wyse Sx0 Firmware, PLEASE!!!

Hi guys.

I'm trying to contact Wyse, via all phone contacts and email, without success.
I've tried all Australia/New Zealand phone numbers on the website,
I've also tried 18004563355, but nothing. No one picks up and this last one doesn't even work!!!!!

I believe I have to pay/be in an agreement to update the Wyse firmware, can anyone help me doing this???
What do I need to do to update the firmware?
I'm willing to pay, just don't know how to do it and I can't reach Wyse support!!!
