TCP/IP tuning tricks

TCP/IP tuning tricks

We have about 100 Wyse S10s at a remote site connecting to a XenAPp 5 farm here via two T1s. The remote users seem to experience lots of little weird quirks that the local users don't see. Things like mouse disappearing for about 10 seconds, wrong mouse icon, windows losing focus, not able to restore a program via the task bar, etc.

Does anyone have any TCP/IP tunig tips for the Xen servers (Server 2008 x64) that might help to alleviate these problems?
