WYSE thin client VX0 / V10LE auto logon issue

Hi everyone,

I hope I am posting into the right forum. I have to say, WYSE has the most complex and annoying forum/support system I have ever come across.

The issue my clients are experiencing is when they turn their WYSE machine on, if they have entered correct credentials before, it logs straight into the Terminal Server 2008. If they haven't previously typed in their credentials, then it gives a logon failure message with the WYSE RDP credentials screen.

This never used to occur; instead we used to be presented with the standard Terminal Server logon screen. Any ideas?
