Wyse C10LE no longer gets configuration from WDM server

Hello,

Currently our C10LE wyse thin clients no longer gets configuration information from the WDM server.
This happened after the thin clients are factory rest and moved to the new subnet.
Behavior on each Wyse:
1. thin clients on the new subnet no longer gets the global configuration from the WDM server
2. thin clients get correct IP address
3. FTP path information on the thin clients are also correct
4. After thin clients boot up, they desktop has two default ICA and RDP shortcuts

On WDM server console:
1. wyse device name and IP address are correctly displayed
2. can shadow as well as shutdown without problem

The thin clients that are not moved and still exist in the old subnet does not show the above behaviors and they get the global customized configuration from the WDM server/ftp server.

Could you please tell me what should I be doing on our network or on the WDM server if I moved the thin clients from a one network to another?
