Wyse R10L + Keyboard Freezing
Wyse R10L + Keyboard Freezing
Hello,
We just bought 9 Wyse R10L terminals and the keyboard freezes now and again. Mouse is fine but keyboard doesn't respond. (e.g. caps lock/num lock does not turn off/on.)
Only way to get the keyboard back is to reboot the terminal.
We've tried with the PS/2 and USB Wyse keyboards.
Anyone else having this problem?

Wyse thin os R10L keyboard en mouse freezes
We also have the same problem with Wyse R10L terminals bought in Januari 2012 !!!! The keyboard or mouse freezes now and again.
Only way to get the keyboard back is to reboot the terminal.
We already use the latest fireware, anyone else having this problem too/still?

What version of ThinOS code are you using on your thin client?

I'm having the same problem with C10le
The keyboard or mouse freezes and so changing the peripheric or restarting the ThinClient

Even I get the same issue with WYSE keyboard lock, if I accidentally press ctrl+shft+del instead of ctrl+shft+ins then I I log out of main session and log back in. I am still looking for keybaord shortcut that could fix it. I am using VDI with AMD Opteron 2.6 with XP SP3

What firmware version are you running? Latest version? Perhaps that's the problem
