Error pushing app with app policy

Wyse 5070, WMS 3.7 Win IoT

Anyone seen this when trying to push out an app from Wyse Management Suite? App is the vmware client (8.5), has been packaged in to a self extracting .exe. The exe runs fine when executed locally. When executed by an app policy in WMS the log fi le from the client shows

 'Installation failed. App Install failed because of timeout and it's return value: -1, installation return value 32'

Unsure what this means, the timeout in the app policy is set to 5 minutes but I have set it higher with no change.

Have you ever seen this? Thanks
