 Error with USB firmware tool on D90D7 - RESOLVED

Hi,

I just received some new D90D7. When I try to change the firmware (BDB0_0841_4096_Fr) using the Wyse USB firmware tool (v1.18.0.5) it starts booting on the USB stick but after a few seconds tells me that:

"Not a valid XML file to perform push/pull operation"

and then restarts without updating.

Which XML file ?

FTP is working fine (I guess...)
on the FTP, there's a wyse/wes7/wes7config.xml file
