Everything was working until I did a CMOS clear and when I try to turn on my computer it shows a blinking amber light.

As you were told in your other thread (https://www.dell.com/community/XPS-Desktops/Can-t-go-to-BIOS/td-p/7356032), nobody can help unless you provide the exact PC model number and the version of Windows.
And since this sounds like part of the same problem you described in that other thread, please don't double-post.
