Dell XPS One 2710 Not Booting.
My Computer hangs at the Dell Logo when switched on , No Beeps I keep taping F12 or F2 to enter Settings with no success computer is Dead and DVD is not working, Can not reload windows from USB . If I press Ctrl+ Esc when switch on computer it will again shows dell Logo and complete the POST but return to the Dell Logo and stuck there. Is this means that the motherboard is gone? Please any advice what to do.

The XPS One 2710 is six years old, so the hardware may have failed. Because pressing F12 does not show the Boot Menu to get to Diagnostics and pressing F2 does not enter the BIOS, the CMOS on the motherboard could be corrupted, or the motherboard itself is faulty. One thing to try is to disassemble the system and remove and replace the coin cell battery CR2032, page 43.
