XPS 27 7760, blinking orange power button
Hi there,
The XPS 27 7760 doesn't turn on.
Power button light blinks orange (amber)
Two times close together, once after with a delay.
Pressing power test button shows green light.
Power supply voltages:
Yellow: 12v
Brown: 12v
White: 12v
Purple (standby): 10.7v
Grey(when on by pressing test button): 4.8v
Any Ideas?
Suggestions?

2 blinks and then 1 is a system board (motherboard) problem. The Dell list does not detail anything else.
Considering age, first suggestion is to replace the 2032 CMOS battery on the system board.

Thanks for quick response.
It's a good idea to replace the coin battery.
I will do it and send the feedback soon.
I think the problem is 12v standby power line because, I had similar issue with a optiplex sff desktop and replacing capacitors solves the problem.
Is there a way to test this computer with an ATX power supply?
I just want to make sure that power supply is fine and then move to system board.

Just to help anyone else with the same problem and symptoms:
It was a power supply issue and my computer working fine after repair.
It may not be true for every case but it was the second time I encountered it with a dell device.
