XPS 8500, Windows 7 SP1, only boot to Safe Mode
When I attempt normal boot, I get audible fan then Dell logo (at 7 sec.), then Windows Error Recovery screen (at 1:35), I select normal and quickly get windows logo with animation, then at 3:15 I hang at a black screen and fan goes quiet.
If I choose Safe Mode, I can successfully boot safe mode with networking. I can run a directory from all 3 hard drives. 0-0-0 = 3TB SATA. 0-0-1 = 256GB SSD. 0-0-2 = 4TB SATA.
When i run diagnostics I get an Error Code 2000-0151 Validation 69198 Incorrect status=32 on Hard Drive 0-0-0. Everything else is fine.
I have the original Dell Réinstallation DVD (Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium SP1) (P/N 571CC) and Drivers and Utilities DVD (P/N 3WYG1 Rev A00) available as well as a genuine Shrink wrap Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit DVD with license key that I have never used.
Where do I go from here?

can you remove the hdd containing Win 7 OS and boot the system without hdd? If pre-boot is smooth (system firmware passes POST smoothly), it should show you: "no boot device present" on monitor.
if that is the case, either OS is corrupted or hdd is bad. try to install Win 10 (download from Microsoft directly) and do a clean install on your hdd. Win 7 is no longer supported and not safe any more.
if clean install of Win 10 stalls or fails, then get a new hdd.
