XPS 8910, is there a way to turn off Hyper-Threading?

I don't see an option in the BIOS, other than the speed step stuff. I've turned off Virtualization though.

I have noticed the recent Windows 10 update, referenced this document
https://portal.msrc.microsoft.com/en-us/security-guidance/advisory/ADV180018
which recommends disabling Hyper-Threading in some cases. Is there another way to do this, or will Dell put that option into the BIOS settings?

Unknown as to if/when future BIOS might be released. BIOS 1.1.6 (6/12/18) addressed INTEL-SA-00115 (CVE-2018-3639 & CVE-2018-3640) and INTEL-SA-00118(CVE-2018-3627). All you and we can do is periodically check the driver page. You will have to investigate if there are ways to disable hyper-threading via the registry.
